FAQ

When can I come to Feytopia?

This season will start in January and run through April 2024. The community culminates in a yearly art festival called Fey Arts which will be held the first weekend of May.

We ask that new members arrive on Mondays and depart on Sundays. This is to facilitate cohort onboarding and shuttles.

How long can I stay?

People stay anywhere from two weeks to 4 months. If this is your first time and you’ve never living in community before, we encourage you try a two week stay to see if you like it before extending.

What do we mean when we say community?

Feytopia is not a hotel. Everyone who joins contributes in different ways to help co-create the experience. We have weekly house meetings to make decisions together, we all contribute to cooking and cleaning shifts in the kitchen, and help plan group activities among ourselves.

Most of us work full time, co-work and occasionally collaborate on projects. You can expect forest walks to get to know new friends, late night philosophy salons, daily group workouts, live jams and immersive experiences - honestly depending on who is present in the community at any given time, the energy and activities may vary. Presence and participation are key to making the most out your experience.

How much is rent at Feytopia?

Rooms vary in price but range between 950 to 2,000 euros per month depending on the size. There is one shared 4-person room available at 400/month.

We also contribute to a community budget that covers all our meals and shared food which is 600 euros a month.

Shorter stays are available but will have a higher day rate. The prices above are the monthly rates. See all the detailed price breakdowns here.

What is the process to join?

Due to space limitation we cannot welcome everyone interested in joining us. For new members, we ask that you fill out the form above and we will contact you for an interview when there is space. The interview is a way for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you have about the community. Note: If you were planning to come with another guest and share a room, please speak to us about bringing other people in.
