Ambient Embodiment explores the practice of inhabiting the body while staying attuned to everything around us: sound, temperature shifts, light quality, the social field, the forest outside. It's recognizing that we're not just in the environment, we're fundamentally of it. Full embodiment engages with physical surroundings, sensory input, and the reciprocal relationship between self and space.

The week will unfold through layered experiments. We'll tune into how the château shifts and morphs around us, and play with that aliveness. Familiar rhythms become invitations to notice differently. Everyday moments holding new texture, deepening our felt sense of what it means to inhabit this place, and enhance it together.

A flexible schedule aligned with the Feÿ flow, offerings including: daily embodiment sessions, ambience experiments, culinary treats, sauna ceremonies, forest explorations, and co-creation.
