🌳 As the interest for Feÿtopia grows and the community expands, we have profiles being built out and require all returning and new applicants to go through our application process, but don’t worry, if you are a returning Feÿtopian, you won’t have to answer all the same questions again.

Feÿtopia Sponsor System

Why the Process?

We are asking that everyone who comes into the community starting the season in December 2025 - May 2026 and beyond must have a Sponsor.

Your Feÿ-buddy is someone who knows you, supports your application, and agrees to vouch for you. We may reach out to them as part of the application process.

If this is your first time at Feÿtopia, we recommend planning your stay around the same time as your Feÿ-buddy, so you can support each other throughout your stay/through the experience. 

Feÿ-buddies share a responsibility to look out for one another. If any issues arise, we may contact your Feÿ-buddy to help resolve them. Please make sure they are aware of this and have agreed to be your point of contact. It's also a good idea to chat with your Feÿ-buddy in advance about expectations, boundaries and how you can best support one another.

Why do I need a Sponsor on Record?

Having a Sponsor on record is a universal precaution we apply to help keep folks safe. By knowing each person’s sponsor, we have a name we can look up for accountability, but we also have a name to look up if you’re having a rough night and need a friendly face or if we need a helper to find you in case of emergency. 

Everyone’s Feÿ-buddy will be responsible to collaboratively work on the emotional labor that may arise during their stay at Feÿtopia.

Booking Information

🫘 The reality of our world has changed food prices and to maintain homeostasis with finances we have increased the food costs for this season. When you make your room selection, not only does the final price include food for your entire stay but you have access to the various amenities the community offers such as the Bardakos Library, Cosmic Spa, Sonic Sphere (with recent upgrades), internet, festivities, disco dishwashing and exceptional chef team to name a few.

💞 We recognize not everyone lives with the same amount of abundance. In an effort to support those who need some financial grace. To support the community we are asking community members who are in abundance to offer to pay a little higher to support those in need of a discount. Creating a circular support system within the community. 

📈 The admin fee that is automatically added to your booking has increased due to the cost of credit card payments and the service fee for our booking system. 

Additionally to the admin fee anyone who requests extensive updates or changes to their booking may be subject to an additional €15 administrative fee for cancellations, excessive modifications and personal adjustment requests. 

These fees reflect the time and resources required to manage individualized changes and ensure accurate, timely service. We encourage all Feÿtopians to finalize their details at the time of booking to avoid additional charges.

Policy on 1-Week Stays

1-week stays or less are only permitted for returning Feÿtopians or on a case by case scenario. (We understand this may not always be feasible for certain workshop attendees, please email hello@feytopia.com with specific requests.)

Policy on Newcomers

Newly accepted community members must stay for a duration of 2 weeks and up to 4 weeks for their first visit. Friends staying with returning Feÿtopians must apply and reach out to hello@feytopia.com and are highly encouraged to stay for 2 weeks.

Policy on Subletting

Subletting may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to support only those who are residing at Feytopia for longer than 1 month. Stays shorter than 1 month must be canceled or adjusted via the booking system, and a new booking must be made. Please email hello@feytopia.com for subletting requests, as charges may apply for staff cleaning and room prep. If you are subletting, the subletter will pay the rate of the stay and the difference still needs to be paid to commensurate extra admin put onto Feytopia and Harmony team. 

We received a unanimous response from our surveys at the end of the season, these new policies have been made to support the feedback of the community.
